Scientists have explained this phenomenon as "PAREIDOLIA".

Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, the man in the moon or the Moon rabbit, and hearing hidden messages on records when played in reverse.

I have noticed this kind of a feeling while i watch the clouds after the rain..Another interesting fact is that GHOSTS are an artifacts of PARIEDOLIA..fear no more!!!,,,its all in your mind!

Some other types of pareidolia are:

Strange faces at Cydonia,Planet Mars
